Physical Theme 體能主題
Strength | 力量
This two weeks, the physical theme is rolling, focus on backward roll. It will challenge children's agility and good for children's vestbular system development.
本周的體能主題為翻滾。小朋友會練習(xí)到后滾翻。后滾翻有利于加強(qiáng)小朋友的靈巧性和前庭系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。

Gym Babies/Toddlers
(6-12個月)
Baby Massage
Parents please lie your baby on the back in front of you. Massage your baby's tummy clockwise. Then tickle everywhere. This bonding game is great for parent-child bonding and it's also good for baby's digestion. Please try it together to the beat of the song.
家長讓小朋友躺在身前,用手掌在小朋友的肚子上順時針畫圈,并用手指輕柔地在小朋友的肚子,腋下,胳膊等處撓癢癢。這個游戲有助于加強(qiáng)親子關(guān)系,促進(jìn)小朋友的消化吸收。
Gym Toddlers
( 12-18個月)
Lap Walkover
Parents please stretch your leg out and let your child's back on your legs with his head towards your stronger arm. Hold your child's hips tightly and roll to the backward. Please make sure no pressure on child's neck.
家長雙腿伸直坐好,讓寶寶背部躺在您的大腿上,頭朝向您的有力手。家長雙手握住寶寶胯部幫助其做后滾翻,注意寶寶的頸部不要有壓力,這個技巧有助于小朋友的內(nèi)耳前庭和靈巧性。

Backward Roll
Parents, let your children lie on the back in front of you with their head towards your stronger arm. Engage children to push their hands on the ground by their ears. Now, please hold your children's hips and ask them to kick legs, then gently lift their lower body to help them roll over. Make sure no pressure on children's neck.
讓小朋友頭朝家長的慣用手躺下,要求小朋友把雙手撐于地面靠近耳朵。此時,家長雙手分別握住小朋友的胯部兩側(cè),并鼓勵他們自己把腿向上踢起,順勢給小朋友一個向上的力度,協(xié)助完成后滾翻。家長們請注意保護(hù)小朋友的脖頸。后滾翻可以提高小朋友的靈巧性和前庭系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。
藝術(shù)課
親愛的爸爸媽媽們:本周我們將迎來的主題是瓢蟲,瓢蟲是圓形突起的甲蟲的通稱,是體色鮮艷的小型昆蟲,常具紅、黑或黃色斑點。
對于TOTS寶寶,我們將制作一個平面小瓢蟲,老師們會事先準(zhǔn)備好材料,小朋友們沾好清膠,再用黑色絨球,眼珠等制作他們的小腦袋,沾上黑色豆子,小瓢蟲就現(xiàn)身啦~
對于KIDS(IP)寶寶,我們會用紙盤制作一只更為立體的小瓢蟲,還會用紅色顏料等涂抹他們的身體,老師還會剪好黑色的圓片,小朋友和家長們再用黑色毛絨管,清膠等固定,整個環(huán)節(jié)有助于寶寶的想象力和精細(xì)動作哦~
廚藝課
廚藝課本周主題:親愛的寶寶們,本周要去的主題是美國。
本周我們要做的是美國的松脆雞肉,因為雞肉肉質(zhì)細(xì)嫩,滋味鮮美,由于其味較淡,因此可使用于各種料理中。雞肉不但適于熱炒、燉湯,而且是比較適合冷食涼拌的肉類。雞肉的蛋白質(zhì)的含量頗多,在肉之中,可以說是蛋白質(zhì)最高的肉類之一,是屬于高蛋白低脂肪的食品。
音樂課
本周音樂課主題——韓國。
